Keith G. Dorman

Keith G. Dorman serves as Staff Executive for the Regional Joint Readiness Center (RJRC) Task Force. In this capacity, he supports all official Task Force activities, oversees the Task Force proposal development process, conducts all external and elected official communications programs, and supervises the Task Force administrative functions. Dorman was appointed RJRC Task Force Staff Executive following his work as Public Information Officer for the successful Pit-BRAC Task Force initiative in 2005.
Dorman is currently owner and Managing Director of KLE Management Group, a strategic marketing, business communications, and policy analysis consulting firm formed in 2000. Dorman’s experience includes more than 25 years as a corporate executive, association executive, consultant, and legislative staff member concentrating on energy, environment business governance, healthcare, and community development issues. Prior to forming KLE Management Group, Dorman spent 10 years with the Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG). At CNG, Dorman held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including General Manager of Public Affairs for The Peoples Natural Gas Company – CNG’s Pittsburgh-based natural gas utility company – and corporate Director of Policy Management and Economic Development. Before joining CNG, Dorman was a Vice President with Hill and Knowlton’s Washington, D.C. office; Director of Government Relations Programs for the American Gas Association; and U.S. Congressional staff assistant to the late Rep. George M. O’Brien (R-IL).

Mr. Onorato practiced as a private attorney until he was elected to Pittsburgh City Council in 1992, where he served two terms. In 2000, he was elected Allegheny County Controller.

Dorman, a native of Pittsburgh, earned a BS Degree at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C.
