John Brosky
Judge Brosky's distinguished judicial career spans more than 46 years, beginning in 1956 when he was appointed to the Allegheny County Court. He served on the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas beginning in 1960, serving as Administrative Judge of the Family Division from 1970 until he was elected to the Pennsylvania Superior Court in 1980.

After retiring from the bench at the end of 2002, he joined the law firm of Grogan and Graffam Of Counsel.
Judge Brosky has received numerous awards over the years for his volunteer work in the community, as well as for his judicial service. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004. Judge Brosky is currently working on a major fundraising effort to finance and build a World War II memorial to honor Allegheny County veterans.
