| The Emergency Support Functions (ESFs) as defined in the National Response Framework (NRF) define areas of functionality that are essential for emergency response. Each State and local response authority elaborates on the framework by identifying local assets and organizations that provide resources in support of response. The specific support agencies for our local response area (Region 13) are listed below. Each of these agencies has a seat at a "desk" that corresponds to the ESF. Other agencies that provide support may temporarily be assigned to a desk. | |
